سفارش چطوری ثبت می‌شه؟
- محصولاتت رو انتخاب می‌کنی و پرداخت رو انجام می‌دی.
- برای ارسال فوری داخل تهران، بعد از ثبت سفارش، حتماً با پشتیبانی تماس بگیر و لوکیشنت رو بفرست.
- اگه اطلاعات اشتباه وارد بشه، ممکنه سفارش با تأخیر ارسال بشه.

قیمت‌ها شفاف هستن
ما همیشه سعی می‌کنیم قیمت‌ها دقیق باشه. اگه به‌خاطر خطای سیستمی قیمتی اشتباه ثبت بشه، ممکنه سفارش اصلاح یا لغو بشه؛ ولی قبلش حتماً خبرت می‌کنیم.

ارسال سفارش‌ها
- تهران: پیک دو ساعته (هزینه ارسال با مشتریه).
- سایر شهرها: پست پیشتاز یا تیپاکس، ۲ تا ۷ روز کاری.
- حتماً بعد از سفارش، با پشتیبانی در ارتباط باش که فرآیند ارسال سریع‌تر انجام بشه.

ضمانت بازگشت ۷ روزه
- تا ۷ روز بعد از دریافت کالا، اگه مشکلی بود یا پشیمون شدی، می‌تونی کالا رو مرجوع کنی، به شرطی که باز نشده باشه.
- کالاهای بازشده (مخصوصاً آرایشی و بهداشتی) قابل مرجوع نیستن.

مسئولیت‌ها
ما همیشه تلاش می‌کنیم سفارش‌ها رو سریع و سالم برسونیم، اما بعضی وقت‌ها ممکنه تأخیرهایی خارج از کنترل ما (پست، شرایط جوی و…) پیش بیاد.
